Become a Participating Contractor

As a participating contractor, you can participate in both the Small Business & Nonprofit Program, and Small Business & Nonprofit Neighborhood Program.

How to apply:

  1. Review the Program Manual (PDF)Incentive Fact Sheet (PDF), and the Building Electrification Technical Guide (PDF) to learn about the current incentive rates and contractor requirements.
  2. Email your Participating Contractor Agreement (page 1 of the Program Manual) and Participating Contractor Application (PDF).
    1. Make sure to attach a current signed IRS W-9 form and a Certificate of Insurance (minimum coverage of $1M general liability insurance).
  3. Attend a Participating Contractor Orientation.

Once approved, you’ll be added to our participating contractor network.
