To Be Eligible, You Must:

Live in or own a single-family home or a 2-to-4 family home, and have one of the following:

Con Edison gas for heating
Con Edison electricity for heating
Delivered fuel (like oil or propane) for heating and Con Edison electricity for cooling.

How it Works

Step 1

Choose a contractor from our list.

Find a Contractor

Step 2

The contractor visits your home, recommends energy-saving upgrades, and tells you the final cost after Con Edison’s contribution.

Step 3

The contractor performs the work and subtracts the incentive amount from your final invoice. No waiting around for rebates!

Con Edison will cover up to 70% of the cost of installing eligible Weather Ready upgrades with the following incentives.
