The Neighborhood Program offers customers higher incentives for energy-efficient equipment upgrades and helps us to maintain reliable service during peak periods of energy use as an alternative to costly new infrastructure. Con Edison is committed to helping small businesses and nonprofits minimize their energy use by providing easy access to incentives that help cover installation  costs for energy-efficient equipment and building systems^*.

LED Lighting 
Uplift your business with state-of-the-art LED lighting solutions. Already using LED? We may be able to help you find more places to use them. 

HVAC 
Outdated HVAC systems may use more energy than necessary. A new system could make a huge difference to your bottom line.
