Commercial and Industrial Neighborhood Program Incentives
If your business is in Southeast Queens, you may qualify for special offers and energy efficiency upgrades in addition to incentives offered through the Commercial and Industrial Program.
About
The Neighborhood Program offers customers higher incentives for energy-efficient equipment upgrades. This helps us to maintain reliable service during peak periods of energy use as an alternative to costly new infrastructure.
Eligibility
The program is open to Southeast Queens Con Edison electric customers, with a commercial account averaging >100 kW peak demand on a rolling 12-month basis, excluding multifamily buildings. Use the map to see if your area qualifies
Incentives
If you qualify for the Neighborhood Program incentives you can receive a bonus incentive of $2,000 per kW saved, in addition to the base incentives through the Commercial & Industrial Program.
Energy-efficient equipment, including:
- Air Compressors (single system replacement)
- Anti-Condensation Heater Controls
- Door Gaskets
- EC Motors (HVAC)
- Electronically Commutated (EC) Motors (Refrigeration)
- Refrigerated Display Case Replacements
- Unitary Air Conditioner
Select custom measures installed via the custom pathway, including:
- Air compressors (multi-system replacement)
- Building envelope
- Chillers (air and water cooled)
- Large projects totaling >100 kW peak demand savings
- Other custom electric measures
